Actually, this cartoon is accurate, except for a couple of particulars. Except for the time frame and the government responsible, this is a pretty accurate description of what happened in Abu Ghraib and elsewhere under Saddam. So the idiot who drew this got close to the truth. Now if only he would bother to educate himself just a little bit, he might actually strike truth.
